FRIENDS of Banks Peninsula has submitted 2 sets of Official Information Act requests, on 16 June and 26 June. We seek information from the Council about the wastewater flows, what went wrong with the flow meter and even more importantly, to enable us to review the model used by Council consultants Beca and PDP in determining the capacity of the storage ponds and land area needed for disposal. The Council has twenty working days to respond to our requests.
