The deadline for submissions for the consultation was 2nd May. It came to our attention late on that day that a number of people were having problems with the Council's on-line submission form. It seems that when the SUBMIT button was clicked the submission simply disappeared and has not been received by Council, nor any record of what had been written saved. Some submitters may be unaware that this has happened.

If you have not received an email from the Council confirming that they have received your submission, then I urge you to contact them - akaroawwproject@ccc.govt.nz or Tara King 03 0415938.

Please also let the Friends of BP know - info@friendsofbp.org.nz - so we can get an idea of the extent of this problem and also keep you informed about the Council's response to it.
